Everything was great, we spent here 2 very enjoyable nights. The kitchen had coffee & tea making machines, refrigerators, and an oven etc to cook a meal.

My time here was pleasant, would recomand. Everything was very good here, greatly enjoyed it. Found shower facilities and toiletries in the bathroom.

Great location so close to great non-touristy pubs, surrounding areas and Botanic Gardens and Water of Leith walks, and the room was well-equipped. Superbly friendly staff and we truly enjoyed the owner.

boat green apartment was a dream come true! the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, providing a guidebook and going above and beyond. the apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby. can't wait to visit again!

Stayed at Boat Green for 3 nights on a leisure trip. Cosy and clean apartment with accurate photos. Great location with easy walking distance to city centre and supermarket nearby. Helpful owner, Brian, who greeted us and provided a thorough tour. The apartment had all necessary amenities and more, with Scottish shortbread cookies, fruit, milk, and other treats provided. Highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic, home away from home experience at Boat Green. the apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with cutlery, plates, and cups, making eating in an option. the owners went the extra mile with quality furnishings and even provided milk, fruit, and biscuits. We were grateful for the parking pass, Netflix access, and free wifi. The location was perfect, in a quiet area within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and pubs, with easy access to Princes Street by taxi or bus. Cons: Nothing to be said. 👌.
